Lourdes Gutierrez (driver) purchased tires on April **, **** and paid $****.**. The rebate was made to Carlos Gutierrez (owner). Lourdes called (***.***.****) over * times to check on the rebate status and was told the rebate card was sent. The rebate card was never received. On November *, Lourdes requested Teresa Gutierrez (daughter) call to check on the status. On November **, Teresa called again (***.***.****) at ***am Central time to request the card be sent to the same address. The manager refused to send the card to the same address and said the bank*credit card company shouldn't not be penalized and*or lose money. She refused to give me her name and hung up. Our family simply wants the $** rebate card sent. Our next option is to report the customer service to the BBB.
