The issue in GetHuman-siftar's own words
I was on chat with PayPal customer service. Unfortunately, the person on chat didn't read to what I wrote. She first asked if I had contacted the seller, after I had told her I had done so * times. She then said she would send me to an attorney. When I said the minimal amount was not enough to deal with an attorney, she sent me to another site where I had to pay to speak with an attorney and said one would contact me. Again, I don't feel it is worth getting an attorney involved for the minimal amount. She should have just said there was nothing PayPal could do unless they went to an attorney. Now my chat is locked and I can't use chat at all. At this point since PayPal is unwilling or unable to assist, there is no need to contact me. I will just consider this a loss. *Here is a transcript of the chat. *You*On Nov **th I ordered a shirt for the Christmas holiday season* Order number *****. The charge was processed via Paypal on Nov ** in the amount of $**.** to PP.VIPCS. When I had not received the shirt I questioned the shipment I was advised that they spent up to ** days to process the order, plus shipping. (Apparently from China.) At that time I told them it was already getting too late to wear for the holiday season, and the holiday would be here before I received the shirt I asked that they cancel the order and credit my account. A couple days later the company emailed and asked me to reconsider. I responded the same day and said that it was too late for the holiday season and asked again that they cancel the order and refund my charges. A couple of days later they again came back and said that once the order was processed they could expedite the shipping and asked me to reconsider. For the third time I told them it was too late for the holiday season and asked them for the third time to respect my request to cancel the order and credit my order. I did not hear back from the company until I received an email on Dec **th saying that they had posted the shirt. I again responded and said that I had requested three times that they cancel the order and credit my charges. The next day I received an email saying that since the order had been shipped they could not cancel my order. In checking the package is still in China. Since I requested three times that they cancel the order and they intentionally ignored my request and sent the order out anyway. Is there anything we can do to dispute these charges since this company is a scam? I will be happy to sent the package back once received.
