How long will it take for the IRS to credit these payments? Can I request IRS statements showing a zero balance for [redacted] and the current balance for [redacted] to provide to my mortgage loan officer instead of the Pay1040 confirmation pages? The IRS website still shows the original amounts due. How can I obtain official IRS statements with the current balances? I paid the [redacted] taxes in full on August 2, [redacted], through Pay1040. When can I expect the IRS to credit these payments?
