I placed an order for lunch at around * am. When I opened the lunch sack, the order was incomplete. After work, I went by the restaurant and explained what had happened. The manager’s response was, You should have called this morning. These people have left. I was offended by his demeanor and how he acted like it was my fault. I did tell him it was how much half of the salad cost that I didn’t receive. Then he said. Do you want half of the salad. I said no snd left. We are frequent breakfast patrons and lunch. I just felt so offended by how he treated me and my friends said they would have too. If he would have a aid, I am sorry for your inconvenience. We would be glad to make it right. I would have probably thanked him snd felt good about Panera. Or thanked me for letting them know. I don’t feel good. It is not even about the money. I was made to feel I was at fault. **Managers need to be trained in good social skills and customer care. Hopefully, this will help when you train your managers. ** Beverly White
