I had a really horrible experience with the server at the Panda Express in Bayonne, NJ. My mom and I had ordered a party tray for Easter Sunday to celebrate with my family. **When we had ordered the party tray the server had told us the wait would be ** minutes which was totally fine. So, while me and my mom had time to spare we decided to go to Walmart which would save us some time. We had mentioned to the rude server, Ariel that we would be back so they can cook the party tray while we wait.**Once we had arrived **-** minutes later, we come back to find out that they never even cooked the food and that Ariel the unprofessional server never communicated to his colleagues that we would be back so they can cook while we were out. I mentioned to him that he could have been smarter about the situation. He responded back and threatened me saying, "do you want to see me outside" in front of me and my mom. He threatened to fight me outside. I kept quiet and tried to keep my patience with him and mentioned the situation with his other colleague. This was truly unprofessional and he conducted himself in such a rude manner. I could not tolerate his behavior. I did not mention to the shift manager because he was out to lunch, but I wanted to bring this up to the corporate team that I was threatened by a server at the Panda Express in Bayonne, NJ. Is there a voucher that my mom and I can be provided through this horrible experience of being threatened by one of your staff member. The server Ariel needs to be reprimanded for his actions and taught an important lesson in dealing with conflict and customer service. The server was a young hispanic kid named, Ariel. *Reynaldo, the Asian American server was a true professional in this situation. I commend him in handling the conflict with my mom and I. I wanted to bring this up to the corporate team and let your team know that the young worker needs to handle the situation in a more professional manner. I will not tolerate this behavior with anyone. Is there any way my mom and I can be given a customer voucher for this experience.
