My POD was originally scheduled to be picked up from my old house in San Francisco on August ** and delivered to the city I was moving to on September **. I did not have the exact address of my new apartment yet, but I knew it was going to be San Antonio. The customer service rep informed me the POD would be delivered to my new apartment on September **th. Before I left my old house, I changed the pick-up date to be * days sooner than it originaly was, August **. However, after learning the address of my new apartment, I promptly called and gave the address of my new apartment in San Antonio. I was told that the POD couldn't be delivered to my new apartment, that I would have to pick things out of my POD myself, and that it wouldn't be available until the **th, even though the POD had been picked up two days sooner(??!!). Additionally, my POD account shows that the POD arrived in San Antonio on September ** however, the customer rep informed me that I STILL wouldn't be able to pick my things up for my apartment for another day? Even though I had scheduled the pick-up from my old house two days sooner. So my POD will sit untouched for a day, while I sit around my apartment with no furniture, no bed, no anything?
