I work ********* and received a call from an employee stated she would not not be coming in that night due to babysitting issues I aske her if she called other staff members to cover her she said yes and has gotten no response and she also stated that there was an group text to other staff along with the staffing Coordinator. I told her ok to please call Teria staffing coordinator and reiterated that she has gotten no response and I will also let her know . After conversations with staff member I text staffing coordinator Teria and let her no that there no response from staff members for coverage for Jennifer . Stated I need to call staff to get them in there at which time I stated No you need to call staff in and the the young lady was not getting an response from other members. She told me that it’s everyone responsible to get coverage. I responded with I will relay the message and that I was done . She responded with what does Done mean mean ? I told her with the conversation. Monday around **:** Tammy stated that her and and Donny which is the DON had a conversation and they are sorry but I was being terminated because of the conversation with staffing coordinator Teria for stating I was done. So I asked her because I told her I was done and she asked me what did I mean ? I told her with the conversation . Tammy sated I was being Insubordinate . And I asked her because I told her no, I wouldn’t call the same people that she and the young lady Where calling and that I would relay the message to Ashley and Tiffany the vip nurse whom she was saying if we didn’t get ahold of staff that we would Be the aid and nurse and to let her know who’s in what role to be and aid for the night ? And I I can’t offer them anything ,what y’all want me to offer a hug for coming in ? On a Friday night. I also stated I have nothing in my job disruption stating I have to coordinate staff with call ins and tammi stated that it’s part of my job. At that point I told her I have no problem coming in there and ok.
