I'm sorry to say that I'm very disappointed in your store. I bought a computer on *******. After I got it home and started to set it up I realized it wasn't actually the one I thought I was getting. I was told it had a wired keyboard and mouse. I told the salesman I wanted wireless and he showed me the ones that you had. I bought one that I wanted. After getting home I found out the computer that I bought was wireless. But was not as good of a computer that I would of liked. I decided I would just keep it and buy the add on later. but I didn't need the $***.** keyboard and mouse. I tried to return it today but was told you are not excepting returns on computer devices and a sign was posted on the window. Well when I walked into the store I didn't know it was something I had to read first! I think I should of received a verbal warning about your policy when I bought the computer. When I mention this to the store personnel he said to take it up with management. Well, I am and this will be the last time I ever buy anything from Office Depot! Store * ****
