Dear [Odeon Customer Service], I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at the Odeon Luxe Cinema in Freemans Common, Leicester, on August 14, [redacted]. On that evening, two friends and I went to watch Quentin Tarantino's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood." However, upon entering screen 6, we realized we were in the wrong movie, as "Hobbs & Shaw" was playing instead. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue with the staff, the film we wanted to see was sold out. We received a refund for our tickets and had to rush to a different cinema for a more expensive showing. This unexpected inconvenience, along with parking costs, and a late viewing time, left us extremely disappointed. As regular cinema-goers, we were surprised by this error, especially since we did not check the tickets closely due to the unique title of the film we intended to see. Hello, I visited Odeon Cinemas in Chatham on 06/10/19 around 5:20 PM. My friend and I tried to purchase 2 tickets for the Joker film using the ATM ticket machine. However, despite attempting to order the tickets twice, the machine did not confirm if the payment went through and did not print the tickets. After checking my bank account, I realized that £22 was charged to me twice by Odeon. I have receipts from buying tickets at the counter as evidence that the ATM was not working correctly and no successful payments were made through it. I am frustrated and would like a refund for the duplicate charges made for tickets that were not issued to us. Thank you.

Hello, I have exhausted my list of movies to watch at the Odeon in Brighton, and I still have three Groupon vouchers left. I watched "Joker" and paid for it separately as it was not part of the offer. I have purchased this deal four times because I truly enjoy watching films. The Odeon Brighton is only showing five films this week, all of which I have already seen, and my voucher expires tonight. I am hoping to use the vouchers for movies I have not watched yet. I would like to see two tickets for "Ready or Not" and another movie. I have reached out to the Odeon via messages but haven't received a response. I also tried calling the helpline yesterday, but I had to disconnect after waiting on hold for 30 minutes.

I encountered an issue at Odeon Salisbury on 13 October. My husband and I purchased tickets for £21.25 each to see Don Giovanni. Upon arrival, we discovered there were no information sheets provided for the event cinema program, making it hard to identify the performers. The screening took place in Cinema 2, which felt increasingly cold throughout the show. Despite a member of staff adjusting the lighting during intermission, they informed me they couldn't adjust the heating for that screen. The lack of information sheets and the cold environment made the [redacted]-minute performance uncomfortable. I've experienced similar issues before and have typically received refunds or tickets for future shows. Following the event, I tried to locate a manager but only found young staff at the food counter. We would appreciate a refund or tickets for another show considering the ticket price. On October 2nd, I reached out to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your cinema in Uxbridge. Despite filling out a questionnaire and speaking with one of the Odeon staff members, the response was delayed, and I am still awaiting a callback. My husband, aged 81, and I, aged 71, visited the cinema using a voucher from our son to watch Downton Abbey. We opted for premium seats, but unfortunately, Screen One was uncomfortably cold. The staff acknowledged the issue, and I, particularly struggling with arthritis, had to take a hot bath to warm up upon returning home. It's important to note that many elderly patrons attend afternoon showings and are sensitive to colder temperatures. I believe compensation is warranted for the discomfort we experienced during what was meant to be a special treat. We hesitate to return without assurance that the temperature in Screen One will be more comfortable in the future.

I attended a screening of "Jumanji: The Next Level" on 13/12/12 in Screen 3. I noticed the lights were not turned off when the film started, and the air conditioning was not working, which made it uncomfortably hot throughout the whole movie. I usually expect a better experience at Odeon cinemas compared to others, so I was disappointed this time. I would like a refund for my ticket, reference number [redacted], as well as for the discount tickets I used, totaling £22.84 including the extra payment for the recliners. Thank you.

Last Friday, July 10th, I visited the Bromborough Odeon with tickets for two canceled live streamed shows. Following instructions to seek help online, I returned on Monday, July 13th, and shared the difficulty I had encountered. Michelle kindly assisted me by processing a refund to my credit card for one of the events and promised to email the venue about the remaining refunds for tickets to see Alfie Boe and Michael Ball. Leaving the tickets with her, Michelle assured me that I would receive communication from you. Returning on Friday, July 17th, I was informed that an email had been sent. I revisited on Sunday, only to discover Michelle was absent. Despite her absence, I was assured that the tickets were secure and that I would be contacted. I had bought 9 tickets on 19/2/20 at £18.50 each on my Marks and Spencer credit card and a separate ticket on March 6th with my debit card for the same concert. I am eager for assistance with my refunds.

I have been attempting to contact Odeon Port Solent the entire day without success. My daughter surprised me with two tickets to see the Fast & Furious 9 movie on June 26, [redacted], at 9 pm for my birthday. Unfortunately, her housemate in London tested positive for Covid-19, resulting in my daughter needing to self-isolate and missing my birthday celebration. I am hoping to either cancel or reschedule the tickets for July 10, [redacted], at 9 pm due to these circumstances. I need assistance with refunding my tickets. I can't find them in my account even though I signed in with the correct email address. The booking is for tomorrow's show of "Spider Man" and I purchased two tickets. The booking reference is WJZZKXM. The email I used to buy the tickets is the same as the one I am using now. I am requesting a refund as it is still over 24 hours before the show, but unfortunately, I won't be able to attend. Thank you, Matt

I purchased six tickets on December 15th around 12:00 for Spider-Man: No Way Home at Lee Valley cinema on December 22nd. Despite being charged £81 by Odeon during the processing, I did not receive a confirmation email or any indication of my booking. The seats reserved are G7 to G12. An error occurred during the transaction, and now £81 is pending in my bank account.

I purchased tickets online and brought all 6 codes to the cinema to be printed. I informed the staff member of the film "Ghostbusters" on Sunday, 19th at 12:45. However, upon receiving the tickets, I noticed they were actually for "Spider-Man" at 1:00. My husband was present and remembers I specifically mentioned "Ghostbusters" at 12:45. How can I resolve this issue?

While trying to purchase an Odeon gift card online, I encountered a problem with the Google service mistakenly mentioning the Barclaycard in-store restriction. Despite my online purchase, the system prompted me to add my HSBC card to a Google Pay wallet, a service I did not wish to use. Unfortunately, I could not navigate back or delete the Google Pay screen, leaving me concerned with the information provided, including details of both my credit cards. The banks mentioned no transactions initiated, but I remain uneasy about the data shared. Regrettably, reaching Odeon or Google seems impossible to address this matter and request the deletion of the information submitted. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I purchased tickets for Northwich today but did not receive any vouchers. I had to pay the full price of £53 instead of the cheaper £31. I request a refund of the £31 difference and £22 as compensation for the inconvenience. This is the second time I've encountered issues with vouchers, and I am disappointed. It's frustrating that I cannot speak to anyone in person as before, as it would have been easier to resolve. I need clarification on my bookings for the 15:00 showing of "Ticket to Paradise" on Sunday, September 18th, at Telford Odeon. Initially, I booked seat A18 but then changed it to F2. I have received email confirmations for both seats (F2 - Booking No. WX6NQM4, A18 - Ref WMJJQ7C). However, I also reserved seat F1, but I did not receive a confirmation email, although it shows as reserved in the Odeon App. I used voucher code OP[redacted][redacted] for Fi or F2, and although it was accepted for the A18 booking, can it be transferred to F2? Or should I release these seats for immediate rebooking? I would appreciate your assistance in reserving seats F1 and F2.

I had trouble using a gift card online, so I went to the cinema to use it. Even though I explained my situation and that I usually get £5 tickets, the manager helped me. After some effort, the gift card worked, but I was charged £16.90 instead of the expected £10. Despite my prior explanations of the online issue, the manager couldn't adjust the price. I provided my email and the gift card details for follow-up by customer service. Yet, I still haven't received a response. I am seeking a refund of £6.90 and to transfer the remaining balance to a new card.

I purchased two tickets and two meal deals for today at the Cardiff Odeon. However, when I was reviewing my order, I accidentally pressed the food switch option and started experiencing issues. I have been trying to resolve this over the phone since Monday, and a raffle ticket number [redacted] appeared during this process. I kindly request assistance as my film is scheduled this afternoon. Currently at the Limerick theatre, we are experiencing poor audio quality and excessive heat. Despite reporting these issues to the staff regarding the sound and air conditioning, there has been no improvement in the past hour. We are seated in screen 2 and purchased tickets for 6 individuals, totaling 30 euros. It is disheartening to have paid for our tickets without the corresponding respect for our viewing experience.
