As I indicated in my first writing, I am the Police Chief in West Farmington, Ohio. I stated, I was interested in purchasing the property located at *** Main St. West Farmingtion, Ohio *****, which is currently deeded to OCWEN Loan Servicing. This property has been vacant for * years and I would like someone from OCWEN Loan Servicing to contact me so we can figure out what is needed to pursue the purchase of this property. The property is no good just sitting empty and I'm sure OCWEN would like to sell it. So, with that said, please contact me to start the process!!
