We bought a ticket from MCO to KRK and at the time of purchase did not select checked-in luggage. Later, however we decided to purchase checked-in luggage and we did so * hours before the flight, and paid $** by credit card.**At the airport we were told that our checked-in luggage only applies to the return flight (KRK to MCO), which we do not plan to take. Because of this error in the computer system, we were forced to pay additional $*** for checked-in luggage at the check-in counter, as there was no time to explain the issue. **We ask for a refund of $*** as we did our obligation and paid for checked luggage in advance of the flight.
