I am in the process of filing unemployment in North Carolina due to ( temporary lack of work due to Covid-**) I am trying to complete my employment certification screen but keep getting the error : At least one separation has to be entered when I select "NEXT". I believe I may have made a mistake earlier and am trying to fix this. Please help. If my claim can be reset so that I may start over, or do whatever is needed, I would greatly appreciate the help. Please email with any questions or advice.
