My husband purchased two studio cycles in June of **** and one of the cycles is now not working. There is a part that is causing the incline*decline and the resistance to not work. I called customer service on July ** and spoke to someone about the issue and they said they would expedite the part for me to install myself!!! It is now a week later and I still have no part. I called today again and they said I should have the part tomorrow. This is really unacceptable! We spent *k on two cycles. We chose Nordictrack over Peleton and now we are sorry. Seems to me that no one really cares. I also continue to get emails asking me about how I like my cycles! Very funny! I've yet to fill out the comments about my experience! Is there anything anyone can do to remedy this??
