Nivea Customer Service Issues

Dear [redacted], I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your employees during my recent visit to your store at the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet in Noventa Di Piave, Italy (Store Nivea Noventa [redacted]). I purchased an after-sun product (Doposole SOS, Article Number [redacted]) priced at 8.90 EUR. Upon attempting to pay with my VISA card, your employee informed me that the transaction was declined and proceeded to try again. Upon reviewing my bank account online later, I discovered that I was charged twice for the same item, without receiving a receipt for the declined transaction. Attached you will find the bill, a screenshot of my bank account, and a photo of the double transaction, clearly showing one at 20:01h and another at 20:02h. However, I am disappointed by the choice of an individual for its digital media promotion who has a controversial background and does not resonate well with the public. It would be wise for companies like Nivea to consider using new faces for their advertisements, especially since many people now boycott products promoted by Bollywood celebrities. Investing in fresh talent may be more beneficial than paying high amounts to faces no longer favored by the public. Like many others, my friends and I have decided to switch from Nivea face wash to Dove due to these concerns. It's worth considering the impact of celebrity endorsements on product sales, as seen with other brands like Viicco and Hershley.
