Hi, I’ve canceled my memebership at the location in Garnerville,NY and was taken care of my the manager named John. John explained to me that I would be responsible for a $** cancellation fee and no further charges after that. I verbally repeated and questioned that I wouldn’t be charged anything else after this $** cancellation fee and he stated “ nope that’s it” with his annoyed tone of voice and zero eye contact. Unfortunately that was lie, and I was recently had a $*** charge to my card from the club. Confused I contacted the club again, and the front desk refused to let me speak to a manager since “ there’s nothing we can do about it”. Insisting this is completely unfair, I was told “Well John doesn’t even work here anymore so we can’t even speak to him to see what happened”. This is completely ridiculous and so unprofessional. I asked to speak to another manager (Xander) only to be told “they’re all busy right now, but I’ll see if they can call you back”. I’ve called a total of * times to speak to manager, and was given an excuse as to why they couldn’t come to the phone or told I would be called back and have yet to be called back. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service at this point and would like me refund please.
