Dear Customer Service,
I recently bought tickets for the New York Knicks versus Chicago Bulls game at Madison Square Garden on November 5, [redacted], from Ticketmonster. After purchasing them, I heard some concerns about the authenticity of tickets bought on this site. Today, I received an email from Ticketmaster with two tickets attached and I am unsure if they are real. I am coming from Ireland for this event and have been eagerly awaiting it. The tickets lack a barcode currently, but all essential details (date, venue, time, seat number) are present, mentioning that the barcode will be provided on November 2. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in verifying the validity of these tickets.
