Good morning, I am Diane Brown from Natchez, Mississippi. My family and I drove over three hours yesterday to attend the Saints football practice. We brought our 12-year-old grandson, Kamron, with us. During the practice, Michael Thomas gave him a football. Kamron was incredibly excited, saying it was the best thing that ever happened to him. He had the ball for over 15 minutes until one of the staff took it away from him. Kamron had taken selfies with the ball and was overwhelmed with excitement. When the ball was taken, he was heartbroken, and other fans booed the adult's action. We are devout Saints fans, but we are disappointed that a child was mistreated in this way. I would like someone from your office to contact me regarding this incident. Please consider arranging for Kamron to attend a Sunday home game and receive an autographed Saints football. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Have a blessed day.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding an important matter concerning Rhett Charles, a former Sargeant with the New Orleans Police Department. I am Shannon Reeves, a former officer who was terminated after reporting sexual harassment by Charles. Despite his demotion, he is currently working at Saints games representing the organization. I have evidence of his inappropriate behavior and would like to inform Mrs. Benson about his continued involvement. I believe it is necessary for her to be aware of who is representing her team. Please contact me at [redacted] for further details. Thank you.

Hello, I attempted to reach out to the Saints through various channels before Christmas but did not receive a response. I am reaching out here as a last try. My family and I are survivors of the Camp Fire in Paradise, California, which changed our lives completely on November 8th. We lost everything in the fire. My husband's family resides in New Orleans, and we visit once per year. Our daughter, who is nearly 21, has been a Saints fan since she was young. When she was 10, we attended a Mardi Gras Parade in Jefferson Parish where a player from the Saints' float signed her baseball cap, creating a cherished memory for all of us. I am hoping to replace this sentimental possession to bring a smile to her face amidst the loss we have experienced. Thank you for your time. - Tonia B. [redacted]

I had a terribly humiliating experience during a recent sports game. Despite trying to ensure accessible seating at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, I faced obstacles. With tickets given as a gift prior to the season, I contacted the venue multiple times for confirmation due to being in a wheelchair. Arriving early on the day of the event, they initially said there were no handicap seats. Later, we were led to seats by the 50-yard line, only to be moved. Several staff members gave conflicting reasons for the situation, including changes in ADA rules and sold-out handicap seating limited to season ticket holders. Eventually, I was relegated to a lounge to watch the game on a TV screen, feeling disappointed, separated from my family, and emotionally overwhelmed. I’ve attempted to reach out for acknowledgment and resolution post-event without success. It was a distressing experience, especially for my first NFL game after 12 years of being disabled.

During tonight's game, we missed a significant portion of the 3rd quarter due to the commentators reminiscing about their past playing days before retirement. The camera focused on them in the box instead of showcasing the plays on the field. We lacked play-by-play descriptions and information about players' performances or penalties. Our intention was to watch the current game, not listen to retirees discussing historical events. We hope to see the game coverage prioritize the current players executing plays rather than the commentators' chatter. The rambling commentary led our family to consider changing the channel to find a broadcast with a more focused format, excluding retired players delving into the past instead of providing real-time game insights. The 3rd quarter felt dominated by Vilma, Stench, and Bushrod's reminiscing, which was disappointing after missing crucial game moments.

I am seeking assistance in planning a special trip to watch a home game before Drew retires. I am interested in obtaining Dome tickets for a game on December 8th and wish to take a photo with Drew, AK, and Cam Jordan. I would appreciate guidance on securing great seats close to the team, preferably sideline seats. If this is not feasible, I would like to know how I can still take a photo with these football legends. This trip is a gift from my daughter for my upcoming 50th birthday. Any recommendations for accommodations in New Orleans would also be greatly appreciated. I am eager to hear back from you. Best regards, Fanene Milton Taufaasau.

As a passionate Saints fan, I eagerly await another Super Bowl win for the team. For the past decade, Drew Brees and the head coach haven't brought the desired level of success. The head coach's inability to form a winning team is concerning. Drew's focus on personal achievements over team victory is disappointing. In my opinion, if I were in charge of the Saints, I'd promptly recruit Joe Burrow from LSU as a quarterback with Taysom Hill as a backup. I'd swiftly urge Drew and other backups to leave. It's time for a fresh approach. The team needs to seize this opportunity to make changes, save money, and aim for Super Bowl success. Saints management must pay attention and act accordingly. - N.K., Ph.D.

I recently won the 50/50 raffle and attempted to contact the provided phone number to inquire about collecting my prize. After spending a total of 3 hours on hold over several calls, I decided to visit the office on Airline Dr. only to discover it was closed due to covid-19. Following that, I reached out to another phone number and was redirected to someone who was supposed to assist me. Despite waiting on hold for 20 minutes this time, listening to the familiar elevator music, I eventually hung up due to frustration. Winning the raffle should have been thrilling, but it has turned into a frustrating experience. The lack of efficient management in handling inquiries is disappointing, especially considering the urgency of claiming the prize within 30 days. It appears they are falling short of providing adequate support to their patrons.
