I have been a loyal Naturelizer shoes customer since [redacted], wearing them throughout every season. Unfortunately, my recent purchase has left me extremely disappointed. I purchased the slip-on Standly shoes at THE BAY, where I usually buy my Naturelizers, for $[redacted]. Within the first week, the front stitching started coming apart. When I returned to THE BAY, I was told nothing could be done as it was considered wear and tear. I then had to spend an additional $20 plus tax to have the front stitches redone by a shoe repair shop. Two weeks later, I discovered that the stitching around the heels was also coming apart. Upon returning to THE BAY, I was informed that I would need to pay $35 plus tax for shoe repair on both back heels. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed with the quality of your shoes and the service provided by THE BAY.

I purchased the Marianne shoe in size 9.5 Narrow back in June, which was the fourth time I have ordered this style. After waiting until 2 days ago to wear them, I noticed that they are significantly wider than the three other pairs of Marianne 9.5 size/narrow shoes I own. I am uncertain if this is a factory defect or if Naturalizer has altered the cut of the Marianne Narrow shoe. The width from the heel to the arch is far too wide for me. I was hoping to replace my two-year-old black pair with this new one, but unfortunately, it will not be suitable for me. Could someone please reach out to the Product Manager at Naturalizer to inquire about any potential changes to the cut of the Marianne Narrow shoes?

I recently bought a lovely pair of blue Naturalizer shoes that I wore for the first time on Sunday, September 4, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the soles are defective. As I walked to my church, the soft soles got damaged by pebbles and grass. The Shoe Repair Shop said they couldn't fix them due to the poor material used. The soles now have holes punched through. I can share photos if needed. Please let me know how this can be resolved. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Carole L. [redacted] [redacted] or [redacted] [redacted]

I recently purchased a new pair of Natural Soul by Naturalizer boots and they were perfect for my job as a flight attendant. They are black, cozy for winter, and very comfortable. However, during a three-day trip at work, I noticed the shiny material on the front and back of the boots near the ankles started cracking and peeling on the second day. Despite wearing them normally indoors and on the plane, the peeling became very noticeable by the end of the day and spread to other areas. I was quite embarrassed to walk around in boots that were falling apart, especially since I take great pride in my appearance at work. Unfortunately, I had to endure the discomfort and appearance issues for the rest of the trip and wished I had brought a backup pair of shoes. It was a disappointing experience. - Corrine

Hello, I purchased shoes last summer in August [redacted]. Apologies for the delayed contact, but I only wore them for 2 weeks before storing them. Unfortunately, the leather began to rub off after a few days of wear, prompting me to purchase a new pair of nude summer shoes. Despite intending to reach out earlier with photos, my schedule got hectic. Now with spring approaching, I realize I missed the opportunity to contact you sooner. The $75.00 shoes went unworn. I have kept my email receipt and product details. Could you kindly look into this matter for me? Thank you very much! Lila

I bought two pairs of Naturalizer sandals a few years back, and unfortunately, both pairs have seen the soles and heels detach from the sandal. These were only worn for special occasions due to being seasonal. It seems that the metal strip inside the heel, attached to the sole, has come loose. I tried to find a Naturalizer store to address this in person, but it seems there are none nearby. Since they were not worn frequently, I believe I should be refunded for these defective sandals. I can provide photos of the damage if necessary; however, I couldn't find the option on this site. Please reach out to me to discuss how I can get reimbursed for this issue. Thank you for your assistance. - Leslie C.
