My name is Rosa Mateos. I presented a petition for Alien Relative( I -***) for my sister Barbara Mateos on November ****. It was approved and on January ****, I received the Approval Notice ( Receipt Number: WAC-**-***-*****).**On September ****, I received an Invitation Letter, from de Cuban Family Reunification Parole Program( CFRP) giving me the possibility of changing the petition to this Parole Program. *I have not done it for some reasons, but I would like to know if still I can have this possibility to change the petition to Parole Program.*Is the procedure of Petition for a sister going on? Why in * years there has not been any change in the process?**I would really appreciate your information. Thank you very much,**Rosa Mateos
