Solution Found: talk to real person with NSLSC. *To talk to a real person you must not select any options. DO NOT select one*two for english*french! Just wait about ten seconds after the voice finishes and it will put you through to a real person.**The problem is that this step is not apparent and is not explained on the website or when you call. Most people's natural instinct is to select which language but that will only bring them on a frustrating merry-go-round of automated responses when all they wanted is to speak to a real person. NSLSC needs to either explain this step on their contact page or create an option for people to select when they call in to go straight to a real representative.

GetHuman-kristakl did not yet indicate what National Student Loan Service Center should do to make this right.
