I was giving my daycare babies a snack ... Yes I buy Nabisco oreo cookies all varietys so I went to our local store I bought several bags and came home now I run a daycare so when I opened the oteos they were old and stale.I took them back to the store only to be disrespect by a manger statenig they don't do refunds or exchanges but the bottom line is that the cookies should of been pulled off the shelf out dated and I really am disappointed. So if there is any way to send me some fresh samples it will be greatly appreciated .
This is what I have planned out weekly so I had to substitute another snack in which my babies know what they get daily for snacks.
I feel like I should at least be reimbursed for my loss and headache from which I purchased the cookies from since the store wouldn't.
I have raised my kids grandkids and use these cookies constantly for treats . Cookies and milk or make ice cream sandwiches.
Yes to go back to the original store that didn't do any good .
