Help with my NTT DoCoMo issue

NTT DoCoMo's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-edstamm a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

The issue in GetHuman-edstamm's own words
Activate phone service while in the U.S. ... My Docomo phone is not working in the U.S. But the only way to contact them for customer service is by phone. This is a problem. Also, although my phone is set for English (with an English display and menus) they send me emails in Japanese. But I can't read or speak Japanese. When I try to reply to their emails, it doesn't work - the email is not delivered.
That customers whose phones are not working are not able to contact them by phone.
Customer support by email, in English.
A long time.
I've asked a Japanese speaker in Japan, via Facebook Messenger, to call them for me , but it's the middle of the night there now.
