I received a letter from Npower (letter code OCCX-Occupier account number *********) about setting up an energy account for the flat I own. The reason nobody has set up an account is because it's been empty. I sold the flat and moved out, but the previous buyer pulled out. I've since sold it again and I'm just waiting to get a date for completion. I don't want an account being set up again in my name, because I don't live there anymore.When the buyer moves in they can set up the account. I've tried phoning Npower, but I can never get through, Live chat just cuts out, Watts app said they would transfer me to an agent, but never did and I can't find an email address.

GetHuman5227054 did not yet indicate what NPower should do to make this right.
