We changed our car recently and there was a difference of £**.** in the insurance policy, which I paid via the online banking option, my bank statement shows it as being taken on ** July. I have received several letters regarding this issue, and have tried phoning today to resolve this but each time I was waiting for at least ** minutes so gave up and emailed instead. I have received a reply from Sandesh Shetty, Customer Manager, stating that according to your accounts department you haven't received any payment, so I checked my payment details again to make sure that I sent the payment to the correct bank account and the details are as stated on your letters. Please sort this out from your end as I'm getting fed up of being chased for a payment I've already made.
