I ordered * UltraHD Black Platinum *K High-Speed HDMI w* Performance Indicators from Monster. The website stated orders will process withing *-* business days. It has been * days and my product has not shipped and I have not received any updates on the order status. I have tried to contact Monster via email and phone through the customer service number and have not been able to get in contact with anyone. My card has been charged for the items but I don't have the products or an estimate on when they will be delivered to me. For the cost of these cables I expect a higher level of customer service. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the process.
