I have placed an RMA for * cables that I've purchased through a verified dealer. I received confirmation that the cables would be shipped yesterday, and they delivered one cable, which was the wrong product and the other replacement was nowhere to be seen. Their customer service line says that they are closed no matter what time you call, I've tried every hour since their business hours started the last two days. The number listed on this site is incorrect and will not get you to a human.
GetHuman-nfwcalls did not yet indicate what Monster Cable should do to make this right.
