I received an order I did not want. You changed to set up automatic orders (when I signed up I was told there weren't auto orders, and there wasn't a certain timeframe *need to order again). I got an email about the auto order and pushed it back and removed the package that was listed so it wouldn't send again. Well, I got charged and received the order. I still have half a bottle, if not more, of my first order (I do not use it daily). The package I got does not do what I need, so I was going to try a different kind WHEN I RAN OUT of my current package. I need to either return the box (it remains unopened) and get a refund, and if that's not possible, I'd like to exchange it for a different package. The girl I signed up with no longer does it and the girl I got passed on to, doesn't help much, she tells me to call customer service. I currently can't get online because I keep getting put in line for the black Friday sale (and I can't do anything while in line, and when I remove myself from the line, I can't go back to the site without it putting me BACK in line), so I have no idea what products to try. **I need something to help with hairloss, but not thinning (I lose tons of hair throughout the day, especially in the shower, but I'm not balding).
