Rejected on-line for rebate on grill purchase because on-line instructions were terrible, i.e., wanted UPC code but didn't specify what*which UPC code. (tracking code *********).*I then filled out all paperwork and submitted by mail as instructed and referenced original tracking number. I was rejected again due to "not enough purchased" and "must be on same sales receipt." This is ridiculous because I purchased a grill in excess of $**, one ** pack of Coors Banquet and a *-pack of Sol beer as required and submitted all original receipts and forms down to circling the beer purchases as instructed. The grill and both beer purchases were all on one receipt as required (tracking number *********).*I expect my rebate to be honored. If they want to throw in a free *-pack of beer that would be appropriate given the mess I have had to deal with because of their poorly designed and very poorly executed promo. How GetHuman756081 fixed the problem
Through get human I got the customer service number for Coors, called them and got the customer service number for the rebate department. They were helpful and after checking they found the UPC code on one of the products came up as invalid even though the product purchased was correct. As expected, they honored the rebate since it was an obvious scanning*computer error on their part. Their customer service rep was excellent. Patience and persistence pays off.
