I own several Mitsubishi cars and intended to buy an Eclipse for my daughter, but my [redacted] Outlander, with only 10k miles, had to be towed due to a parking brake button malfunction. This is the second issue in a month after a previous recall repair. My wife no longer feels confident in your products. Despite appreciating the good customer service, I was disappointed when I requested a loan car while mine was fixed and was told none were available. I then asked for a free oil change during the repair, but that wasn't possible either. I have been a loyal customer with 9 Mitsubishis over the years, but now, due to the lack of emphasis on customer service, our relationship with the brand may come to an end.

I would like to file a complaint about the local Mitsubishi dealership located in Germany at Autohaus Kneist, owned by Manfred Kneist. The employees were disrespectful, rude, and displayed racist behavior. They failed to provide proper customer service and instead were dismissive and insulting. On two occasions, they made me wait unnecessarily and were unprofessional. When I inquired about my order, they were unhelpful and made inappropriate remarks. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially towards new customers. The staff, including Mrs. Kneist, were confrontational and failed to address the issue appropriately. The dealership needs to improve their customer service standards and treat individuals with respect and professionalism. I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience.

I'd like to file a complaint against the local Mitsubishi dealer in Germany, Autohaus Kneist run by Manfred Kneist. The staff there have been extremely rude, disrespectful, and showed signs of racism. They fail to find solutions and instead blame customers without showing any respect. On two occasions as a new customer, I had negative experiences with them. The first time, they ordered me to drive over only to make me wait for 40 minutes due to their break time. The second time, when I ordered something, they didn't inform me when it arrived and then made a disrespectful remark upon my arrival. Despite my attempts to explain, the interaction, especially with a woman I believe was Mrs. Kneist, turned confrontational. Their behavior towards new customers is unacceptable, and I am left feeling utterly disappointed.

Hello, my name is Jeff Kahanec. I recently purchased three vehicles from North Palm Mitsubishi in North Palm Beach, FL. Initially, I had a [redacted] Nissan Altima but ran into payment issues due to a personal situation. The dealer then financed me for a [redacted] Eclipse Cross, which I loved. Unfortunately, the Eclipse got totaled in a car accident, and sorting out the aftermath has been a challenge. After contacting a law firm and dealing with insurance matters, the dealership only offered me a [redacted] Outlander, which I had to put $[redacted] down for, despite requesting lower monthly payments. Feeling pressured into accepting it, I've had to spend additional money on repairs. Given my health issues and financial constraints, I believe I deserve better treatment from the dealership. I hope to resolve this situation promptly and fairly. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Jeff Kahanec.

I adore my car that I purchased brand new in Panama City, Florida, which is now 5 years old but still runs like a dream. However, I encountered an issue where the driver's side door won't unlock with my key. Initially, I suspected a faulty battery but discovered it's the mechanism inside the door that needs replacing. After contacting my dealership, I was informed that many others have faced the same problem, but unfortunately, they couldn't assist. I had to travel several hundred miles to another dealership for a potential fix. This situation is quite disappointing, as all I desire is for my doors to function properly using the key pad. I hope this concern is addressed promptly so that I can receive local assistance from Bay Lincoln Mitsubishi.

I spoke with a female representative over the phone regarding my recent purchase of a Mirage. I mentioned that I registered as a new owner on mitsubishicars.com, but my information wasn't showing up. When I provided my VIN number, the system did not recognize it. I inquired about when my details would be recognized, but she directed me to the warranty information, which I did not need. The conversation became argumentative, and she abruptly ended the call, which left me feeling upset. I attempted to call back three times but was disconnected each time.

Hello Mitsubishi, I purchased a Pajero Sport in December [redacted] with the special offer of Free Service and spare parts for 50,[redacted] KM or 4 years. However, in December [redacted], Mitsubishi asked me to pay for the service claiming that maintenance for 50,[redacted] KM had already been completed when my car had only reached 22,[redacted] KM. I am puzzled as to why Mitsubishi carried out service maintenance not in accordance with the actual mileage recorded in the car. Despite my complaint to Mitsubishi Indonesia, I have not received any response. I am reaching out to you for assistance in forwarding my email to Mitsubishi Indonesia to address my issue. I have been trying to resolve this matter since November 29 through various channels without success. I am seeking Mitsubishi's commitment to its customers to address complaints transparently. I will continue to pursue this matter until I receive clarification from Mitsubishi. Regards, Ferry

My friend's (K.P.) car has been at Auto Giants in Manassas, VA for over three weeks for a recall, but the dealership has been unable to fix it. They keep saying they are ordering various parts and attempting to get Mitsubishi to approve a rental car. Since her husband passed away last month, she is on her own. I (J.S.) am assisting her, and she urgently requires a car to move around. Please, kindly authorize a rental vehicle for her.

Fuel Consumption Concern I own a [redacted] Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with VIN: JA4AP3AU0HZ011066. Recently, I noticed an issue with the fuel consumption readings on my car. After driving [redacted] miles and getting 24 MPG, I idled the car for about 45 minutes while eating. During this idle time, the MPG display started showing lower numbers, dropping to around 15 MPG or even less. The tachometer indicates that the car idles at [redacted] RPMs and averages around [redacted] RPMs while driving. Despite this being an approximate description, it reflects my real-time experience accurately. I suspect that the actual MPG might be lower than what is being displayed, as the numbers seem to fluctuate oddly. If anyone knows the reason behind this situation, I would greatly appreciate the insight. Feel free to contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] after [redacted] hrs. in Columbus, Ohio. Thank you, Bill Nesbitt

I drove a friend home on Monday, July 12th, and he noticed a noise in the front end of my car. He isn't a mechanic, but he knows a bit about cars. The noise is hard to explain, like something is loose. I heard it the day before and my friend heard it too. It's not very loud, but I'd like you to take a ride in it to hear it for yourself. I asked for a day off work, but my boss said to come in until noon. I have AAA if I need a tow, and I can bring another car back if needed. When it's ready, please email me or call at [redacted]. The car also needs an oil change since it only has 9,[redacted] miles and it's a [redacted], so it's not driven much. I'm 80 years old and live with my 50-year-old son who has a Nissan Maxima. I'll bring the car to you tomorrow as my son dislikes driving to Wilmington. I prefer dealing with your shop as I trust your service.

I recently leased a Mitsubishi Outlander from a dealership on Route 17 in New Jersey. The staff members who assisted me were Brad and Adolfo. I live in Yonkers, NY. When I returned my previous vehicle in October [redacted], they assured me they would resolve all issues with my old lease from a GMC with the NY dealer. Typically, other leases I've had in the past have taken care of paperwork, transfers, and registrations for me. Unfortunately, this time they only sent me my old license plates and didn't handle the registration from NJ to NY. I'm currently driving with NJ temporary plates and unsure how to proceed with getting NY plates and registration. I've tried calling the dealership, but the responses haven't been as prompt as I'd hoped. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for assisting me.

Subject: Concerns Regarding Mitsubishi Eclipse Maintenance Dear Mitsubishi Motors Team, My name is Sherif Ahmed Abu Al-Yadak, and I am a proud owner of a [redacted] Mitsubishi Eclipse. I diligently maintain my vehicle at an authorized Diamond Egypt agency in the Western Province. Unfortunately, after a recent maintenance visit on 12/1/[redacted], where I spent 15,[redacted] Egyptian pounds for parts replacement, I noticed a significant decline in my car's performance. Returning on 16 January [redacted] and again on 22/1/[redacted] for subsequent visits, I faced ongoing issues with the vehicle. The diagnosis process during my visits seemed rushed, raising concerns about the accuracy of the assessments. Despite my loyalty as a Mitsubishi customer, I found the handling of the situation to be unsatisfactory, with questionable reports and excuses provided by the staff. I urge Mitsubishi Motors to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter to safeguard the company's reputation and ensure the safety of all customers worldwide. Your prompt attention to this issue is crucial in addressing potential safety risks and upholding the quality standards synonymous with the Mitsubishi brand. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter efficiently. Regards, Sherif Ahmed Abu Al-Yadak

I own a [redacted] Outlander GT, and I am experiencing issues with my Rockford stereo. Somehow, the premium audio programming has been deleted from my system, and I am unsure how that happened. I would like to have it restored. When I checked the vehicle service menu, the communication test shows modules that I cannot communicate with, but they seem to function fine. Additionally, the fault codes list displays codes for parts that are not even on my vehicle or equipment that is not connected to my car. It seems like there might be some electrical computer problems. I would appreciate any advice on how to address these concerns without incurring unnecessary costs.
