Had some issues with payments with best friend recovered the Nisan $*** my expense, by this this time the same dealer in house financed me on a **** Eclipse cross, Great Auto! Drove for lift semi retired always and disabled, to have ssd income bad * head on accident **** eclipse totaled. Passenger I believe was involved on drugs as once eclipse came to rest from a complete spin, he took off, then reappeared. I briefly talked to him he said he was ok. I contacted well known Lawyer Firm that came to my home and reassured me I had a case. in mean time going to Totaled md till I ran out of Lyft $ and Total MD ride service stopped as * weeks later police report all was my fault by statement from young rider not sure if he was *** of not and the universe was round all kinds of crazy topics, finally decided to go home. on the way my last fare was very close to his drop off, I asked if it would be ok I pick up the PAYING FAIR and then drop him off. "SURE". I had to do a u turn and was in the left lane got into turning lane and I got hit drivers rear that put me into the spin which *st car hit my drivers side proceeded over center median, * lanes of traffic making a STEEL GUARD RAIL LOOK LIKE PRETZEL,then was hit on passenger front by another suv. Now * weeks passed. The dealer was paid $**,*** for my eclipse but no $ yet from the gap so I am told. I was told by Attorneys,Dealers and police that I sure have received a replacement to drive. * TWO MONTHS the Mitsubishi dealer had a **** Outlander, but I needed $**** down. Impossible. I finally used my $*** Mort and utilities $ to come up with all I had $***. I was told that this **** was what I can buy no other choices because the dealer again was giving me a in house financing as if I was a Low life disabled senior citizen. Even the Finance. "What happened to the **** outlander".No answer.I have had the **** ** days. Oh yeas sticker read" as is." I spent $*** for new battery and cables. by my mechanic who flys and works on his own airplanes. He says I am getting shafted by this dealer. All be cause As Manager "Guy" says I did you a favor no one else would finance you. Bring in the Nissan and I will use as a trade. I gave my word to the people the took over payments that the car is theirs once its paid off and insurance kept up. What kind of person would I be?. Bad enough to be in my *st head on collision in **years but to be broke and no car or even a choice as I was railroaded into the only car as is I was TOLD I could afford still payments $*** when I asked that payments be no more the $*** monthly. The eclipse was $*** a month. this is crazy. Please be human and step in with a working vehicle and no more money down or monthly. I was refereed to this dealer by my ** year friendship of my Dr. Leslie Diaz. Who is good friends with "Guy" the manager. Leslie has kept me alive, I woke up this am and just the thought of this whole car situation I threw up, no joke. I have many health issues and cannot believe Mitsubishi would allow this dealer to evaporate like a thug as I was a Professional General Manager, ** employees and * stores, $***,***,*** worth of biz for the florshiem shoe company before given * year to live, in ****. ** years old $**,*** salary. To be treated like......... Please help me get a decent auto I have no extra money I think I have paid more than my share and get a vehicle under my carport yesterday July *th. as right now?????
