vid-** pandemic and my hours at work were cut by half , So i applied for UI insurance the end of March. I am qualified to be in the program and have * weeks of benefit requests to this day in the system... I have NOT received a single penny from UI while being out of work. I have called * times and talked to someone about the issue and i supplied all the needed paystubs to show my income. On the website it states that the issue was to be resolved by ********* I called once again the middle of may over * weeks after it was supposed to be resolved and i was told to be patient. Here we are almost a month since it was supposed to be resolved and still nothing, not one penny. I have been more then patient with the situation but this has gotten beyond ridiculous with the amount of time it is taking to get this resolved. I know there is a large workload for *UI right now but how do I get put on the back burner during this time of crisis. I also have a brand new baby at home and i need to be able to provide for her and it is getting extremely difficult. I need someone to get ahold of me that can actually make a decision and get this taken care of because i am owed a lot of money in back pay nd seem to fall on deaf ears when i call.. I am begging you to please actually grab my file and get this handled.. i am going to loose my house and truck if this doesn't get taken care of... PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP
