OMG I am so frustrated with this company! In January I subscribed to the paper. It never came. I have made numerous calls and have written numerous emails and all I have wanted for the past four months is the paper. They can deliver it to my neighbor, why not me? I even paid $** up front! I have the canceled check to prove it. Plus I have my phone records showing the LONG time I have spent on hold talking to humans, but still no paper. So reluctantly I called and canceled my subscription because it never came. And today I get a check for $**.**??? What is that? I have never received the paper, you have taken up a TON of my time and now I am insulted by this check. I am a reasonable person, I enjoy reading the paper. I don’t care to read it on line. I want my money back! All $** and for all this hassle I should get a years free delivery but I doubt it would ever come. Please respond ASAP. I don’t have the energy to deal with this injustice much longer.
