The issue in GetHuman-niashaba's own words
We booked a three-night stay at Microtel in Ft. worth Texas, August **th through the **th.**We paid when we checked in. During our check out the management said that the hotel was NOT paid and that he would hold our car tag until it is. I showed him on my bank statement a completed transaction for payment to Microtel. He said that wasn't good enough.**So, I contacted my bank on a Sunday...they confirmed the transaction with the transaction number (which I tried to provide to him several times). I finally had to write it down for him because the bank told him that I have the transaction number and the account was paid. I will say that when we arrived the night auditor had her screaming child with her while we were checking in. He completely made a scene in the front lobby in front of other guests besides my party and threatened to take out car tags and said that I haven't settled the bill.**Once he realized that he was wrong and the scene he created he tried to backtrack and apologize that it was a vendor to vendor error.**I have NEVER had a problem with ANY hotels, and we travel about * months throughout the year! TOTALLY EMBARASSING AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!**Reason of review: Poor customer service.**Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.**I liked: Room setup.**I didn't like: Service, It was a terrible experience, Talked down to.**RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE
