I am very disappointed in my stay at the Microtel Inn in Rock Hill, SC this past weekend. My daughter and I checked in Friday, Aug **, ****. The air was not working properly. I reported it to the front desk about *:** pm, who advised me they would see about finding us another room. I never heard back from anyone Friday night. It remained at least ** degrees or warmer throughout the night. I reported the issue once again around lunch on Saturday and again was told they would try to move us to another room. Then I went to do laundry. After washing clothes, I was advised the dryer wasn’t working. I never was moved to another room, and stayed in a miserably hot room all weekend. The issue that really topped off the whole stay was around *:** pm Saturday night, as I got out of the shower, I hear what sounds like someone trying to open the door to my room, and in fact does open the door to my room because the front desk had assigned the room I was in and given them a key card to my room. This is absolutely unacceptable service!
