I have been locked out of account and when I try to use online support they send back email that says I didn't give them enough information. They blocked my account for activity that looked like someone else was using my account. I forgot the password and requested a change of my contact information that I did thirty days ago. That was supposed to be changed today. I'm not sure what to do about this problem. My next calls will be to find someone at the Microsoft office at headquarters.
