I have repeatedly tried to reach an actual person. Your customer "support" is horrible! *I bought a gift certificate for my son to download an expantion pack to his game. We purchased it and it should have downloaded but it hasn't. When he opens it, it still says to "Get It Now"...which we already did. I have made sure the wifi is working and he is signed into the Xbox live account already. However, when I try to open the game it says that the account is not open or couldn't connect...whatever. The gift card is already spent and we have nothing to show for it. And I'm EXTREMELY sick and tired of dealing with the chat (that continuously sends me the same useless link) and trying to call the customer support line that offers to send me a text of the same useless link and then cuts off the call. This is ridiculous. *I am trying to do something for my son and have spent plenty of money on your products. The least you can do is have actual SUPPORT when a customer needs it.*I want to speak to a rep ASAP!!!
