Gentlemen:**My secretary and I have worked about twenty hours together during the last week to fill-in or complete several separate Excel Spreadsheets by filling-in the appropriate categories, or sections*boxes, within them, with the right lists of numerical values. Now that they have been filled with lists or columns of numerical values, we must sum them up or add them together. My secretary is well-familiar with Excel Spreadsheets and she told me that these Spreadsheets will not properly function. She has told me that when she "presses" the electronic "add" or "addition" button, the electronic button-command does not produce any addition. The Excel Spreadsheet software does not respond to her electronic mouse-made requests-for-addition-of-all-values-within-categories.**Please help me solve this problem so that the carefully-constructed, painstakingly-made, long vertical columns of numerical values which we arduously entered onto the Spreadsheets over many hours can now be automatically summed-up or added together.**My Excel Spreadsheet Software is Excel ****.**My secretary entered all these values on my dictation.
