I have helpful info for Michigan Secretary of State. ***-***-*****Pushing * repeating they hang up. DO NOT DO THAT*You have to listen to the prompts and after a few then it will offer you a representative.*Here is what I did: (took * minutes to get to the human option)*Call. Listen to first prompt. Pressed * -vehicle prompt (there are * initial prompts)*NEW MENU FROM PRESSING * HAS * OPTIONS-PUSHED **Next menu has * options, pushed * for vehicle renewal*Listen to a LONG message about renewing, but it then gives you the option to press * for customer service only after listening. If you interrupt with *, it repeats the long message. If you press * repeatedly or even twice, it ends your call.**So again * menus-push *, then * next menu, then * and at the end of he message for * you can push *. They have long wait times so use the call back option. Mine came * minutes later form the same * I called. if you don't answer you have to do this all over again, they will not call again. If you try to push *'s before they start talking it kicks you back.
