Insert a MetroPCS sim from a MetroPCS Coolpad phone into a MetroPCS LG Stylo * phone. ... I currently have a Coolpad phone with MetroPCS. I've had MetroPCS for about six months. I've bought a used LG Stylo * with MetroPCS from a friend. When inserting my working sim card from Coolpad to the new LG Stylo *, it says the service needs to be unlocked. I've tried unlocking the LG Stylo * through the Device Unlock app, however it says I need to contact customer service. When calling the official MetroPCS number and entering * and saying "switch lines" repeatedly I was met with the call ending. How can I use my MetroPCS sim card from an old MetroPCS phone in another MetroPCS phone?
No one's is answering my calls, why isn't a MetroPCS sim card working with another MetroPCS phone?
They could make this right by unlocking the phone or sim card for free. All products are MetroPCS, why isn't it working?
I've been a customer for abou six months. I've had problems with coverage and speaking to customer service representatives and when I do, they are awfully rude and disrespectful. I'm considering a new service...
I've tried unlocking the new phone, calling MetroPCS. Will likely visit a store in person for help soon.
