I purchased a ZTE cell phone and I had to send it back like a week later because the screen was flipping and it was sticking and flipping to other screens it would turn to a black screen on me ,they sent it back to get it fixed but, it was doing the same thing and I've been trying to get in touch with someone what can I do to upgrade this phone but the lady at the MetroPCS in Winterhaven phone counter at MetroPCS that I couldn't upgrade I had to keep the phone they don't even make it anymore the screen still flipped it gets stuck you be in another screen and it flips out so I just want to see can I get another phone to replace this one or I'll pay the difference I don't want it anymore this was a mother's day gift from my husband since I had my knee replacement just hope it wouldn't get stuck while my husband is at work can I get a Samsung anything newer not this one we've been with you guys forever I just want another phone thank you Mrs. Vennious Davis **** royalhills cir.
