Was overcharged *** dollars from my Santander account. I had automated payment set up. Tried calling customer support and after being hung up on four times I actually got someone that didn’t hang up on me. Explained to her that my Santander auto payment was overcharged a few times and I wanted my account to be credited and cancel phone service. After waiting on line while she tried to help she came back on and told me they would be sending a check to my residence. Frank phelan ** guild st. Quincy ma *****. Gave her my information and seemed like making some progress then hung up on again. She said they would be sending a check but I want to know if you are actually sending me a check or once again it’s just easier to hang on people then do your job. Tried calling only number for metro pcs which is ridiculous. And now can’t even talk to a human cause I’m no longer a customer. To say I’m frustrated would be a understatement. I’ve never seen such poor customer service from any other company. I was thinking about getting another phone through metro without automated payment from my bank because you people obviously can’t handle something that simple. Now I just want to know has the check been issued and sent or do I need to talk to my bank Santander and go through them about getting my money back in my account that was not authorized to be taken out. Sure I’m just wasting my time right now and they’ll probably be no response. Needless to say disgusted in your company and will be contacting BBB.
