Elizabeth Lopez @ plano tx location has been rude & offered to replace phone in * days but didn't put in order. Wylie tx location wouldn't even discuss phone issues w*me because they didn't sell it to me. I can't get a supervisor on the phone today per Hubert @ ***-***-****.*I can be reached @ ***-***-**** for the time being.*The phone rotates screen at will, all the letters of the alphabet won't show even if I have a contact there & it won't charge now. I've restarted it more times than I can count now & I want my phone replaced on Metro PCS within ** hrs.**Wendy Willaby
