I cancelled order MM-[redacted] just 3 minutes after placing it, yet the funds were immediately deducted from my bank account. Despite sending numerous emails to customer service, I have not received any acknowledgment. If my order is not cancelled promptly and the funds are not refunded, I will be escalating this issue to the BBB. UPDATE: Instead of issuing a refund, the company proceeded to send the order. Lisa W.
