The first stimulus payment was sent directly to my home via check from the US Treasury.**The second EIP payment was " never received in the form of a check or Debit card" $***.***I have written to and called the IRS several times trying to resolve this and get my payment. I have followed "all instructions" without success. The IRS states Metabank is contractually required to pay me. The Meta bank recorded information requests a number on the back of a Debit card, which I obviously can't do since I never received one. There are no other options when you call that number. If I don't get this resolved my next step is to send an letter to the Metabank Corporate office. I would appreciate a "Human" response, as robots and electronic systems are not resolving this issue,.....frustrating! I have been trying to resolve this since January ****. Mary G.
