Was arrested in the store with another person and I didn't do anything but I was also taken am I two your old son was present and I'm disabled

Take care of an issue and I happened in the store I'm going to rest ... I was arrest on December ** **** in the store in priceston Indiana along with another person I was with. I also had my * yr old son with me. I am disabled so I ride the scooter and the other person pushes my son in the cart. I went on my way to go back by the books my son loves for me to read to him at bedtime and he looks at pictures I found a couple bugs I did put one book behind me because I don't want my son to see it it was for Christmas I met up with my son and his father we got him a couple toys I had gone to the bathroom never took my purse nothing with me in there it was on the floor of the scooter I always put it we got to the checkout the father put the stuff up there to check out after he checked out he was walking out and cops and Josh from Menards come running after him so I proceeded in the scooter see what was going on Josh from Menards was yelling at the cop to call CPS because we had our child with us I was freaked out wasn't sure what was going on take us back to security room I got my king I got off I was getting off the car and I realized I had that book behind me I said I'm sorry with everything going on I forgot I will pay for it and Josh said nope got off the scooter I walked in the room I sat down brought my person he said what's in your purse I said diapers wipes wallet stuff I need in there he opened it up there was a nail gun in there I had no clue I was in shocked my son's father must have put it in my purse at some point when I was in the bathroom Josh is very rude to us me mainly I was crying he said turn them tears off you shouldn't have done what you did I said I was not aware call me a liar after a liar my son was upset he told my son what your mommy and daddy did now you have to go away with people for a couple days and mommy and daddy will be in jail for Christmas first of all no right saying that to my son second of all I said can I call a relative to come get him and Josh said nope CPS is coming one of the officers said if you have family have them in route I kept apologizing I said please can you just hear us one of us and let the other one go so our son don't have to go away cop said it's up to Menards to arrest both or just one of you I said Josh please I had no clue he said no you both are going I've never been in trouble in my life I have a clean record I don't live with the father we have a custody thing going on I can't leave the state of Indiana does the father has a court-ordered cuz of our sun I'm not from here I'm from Chicago I'm disabled and I am on government housing so me and my son have a place to live if I get this charge I lose my housing I have nowhere to go with my son and that's leverage for the dad to take him I went and got the police report the father sleeps report and mine all my report says is the value it says nothing about me taking anything now the father's police report says everything how they seen them follow them I'm not understanding why I got charged we both went to jail are bonds were *** a piece of course the father got bailed out first I had to sit until my daughter from Chicago found out and called over the phone and bail me out the only reason I was with my my son's father is because he said he was taking Christmas shopping I will not let my son go with him alone nowhere because he doesn't have to return him so I always make sure I'm with my son I feel so bad I think about it everyday and I Cry I didn't pay any attention to my purse cuz it was on the floor of the scooter I do carry a big purse because I keep diapers wipes my wallet keys I also keep extra bags in there so when my son does number * I can bag it entire so it doesn't smell up the bathroom and Josh said you brought a big purse in on purpose I said no sir I did not I always carry a bigger bag so I don't have to carry a diaper bag and a purse he was rude Josh and said I don't want to hear it then he had to take pictures of us Josh I was looking down cuz I don't like my son to see me cry cuz he'll say I'm sorry Mama I'm sorry and that breaks my heart I looked up at Josh what year is my eyes rudely he said not the fake s*** off and take a serious picture. He didn't have to be so rude I understand he's thinking we're both in the wrong but honestly I had no clue of course like I said father got bonded out first I sent in jail * hours on a hard floor I have back and spine problems and can't walk very far I am so sorry about all this I'm just asking please I don't want these charges on me I will have nowhere to live with my son I have absolutely no income I'm working on my disability now I have no means of transportation I got stuck here in Indiana has father hired an attorney where I can't leave Indiana until we figure out this custody it has lawyer dragging it out sometimes I feel like the father is blackmailing me in the security room that day they patted him down found a bracelet on his leg he is on house arrest for domestic battery against me in **** after my son was born he had his lawyer drag that out until just now you got house arrest he does not live with me but he does take me to the store when you need to be I apologize over and over again there was another lady at Menards that work there I can't remember her name she was good to my son she gave him tractors play with a teddy bear snack and water she said rude comments to me like she has a four-month-old she wouldn't dare think of stealing which I took it rude but I understand what she's thinking I Ask Josh if he had proof he went and print it off to papers one showed me riding the scooter and the other one showed my son and his father walking in the store didn't show anything I'm taking our pudding in a bag or purse then Josh took the pictures showed my son this is Mommy this is Daddy and you and that's why they're going to jail I do not appreciate that my son didn't do nothing wrong he's just too sad enough he had to sit in the room with three cops and talk to a DCFS lady he didn't even know I feel I should have had a chance to call family members before they got involved my son wasn't harmed in any way he was just with us I do apologize I had no intentions on doing nothing as far as the father goes his whole family has a rap sheet and just by me having a child with him it's bringing me down in the wrong ways I just don't want to lose my home thank you for your time I hope and I pray you can find it in your heart to forgive me and believe me give me this honest chance to get out of this I'm an honest person and even the police said she's ** years old and she's never been in trouble not once no tickets no nothing I worked hard all my life until **** I was in a really bad car accident I lost my nine-year-old daughter in it she passed away I have internal nerve damage I can no longer work but that doesn't mean I'll go out stealing cuz I can't work I don't do that if I can't have it I don't get it bottom line like my son wear diapers I'm out of diapers I survived making them until I get them I've been coming to Menards since I was a little girl one up in Schererville Indiana where my parents live in where I'm from I love that it had the upstairs apartment I'm right in the escalator I'm sorry I'm dragging this out I don't know you you don't know me but by my message I'm just trying to explain what kind of person I am I would do anything for anybody I can't do much right now but I would willing to do community service on my behalf to Menards show I meant no harm by that day thank you for your time I greatly appreciate it I did talk to somebody on the phone they recommend that I do this emailing I hope you had a good holiday I'm glad I was able to get out to be with my son I can't even go be with my family in Illinois sitting in that security run that day I called my daughter she's ** just to let her know that her mom was going to jail and I'll probably be in there for Christmas that day in that room over the phone she told me I'm going to be a grandma she was saving it for Christmas for a surprise I feel like my life ended there my son was being taken I found out I was going to be a grandma it was going to jail as I type this I'm in tears I just can't believe this happened I want to go away I am so sorry my deepest heart I am so sorry I hope you have a good New Year I sure hope next year is better for me thank you and God bless sincerely Heather M Krawczykowski

I went to jail myself and I didn't do anything on purpose but one of the store guys Josh was rude and would not listen

I would like to speak with somebody and see what my options are where I don't get this charge on me cuz I've never been charged with anything I have a clean record I'm disabled I am on housing and I will lose my housing me and my son will have nowhere to go I didn't do nothing intentionally I didn't have a book behind me in the scooter I didn't want my son to see it was for Christmas but when I seen the cops go run into my son and his dad yes I took off in the scooter to see what was going on only got the security room I got up realize I had the book I apologized and offered to pay for it in Joshua's rude about it

I have been shopping at Menards with my family since I was about eight years old I am now ** years old the store we use the lot was in Schererville Indiana at the newer store I love the escalator going up stairs I would never do anything that wasn't right by the law I was with somebody the wrong time and the wrong place I guess now freedom of speech doesn't work cuz I tried to explain to one of your co-workers Josh he was extremely rude and he had DCFS called for my child which that was uncalled for

I have they won't let me talk to nobody I also called a corporate number to talk to a gentleman trance me transferred me to a lady and suggested I send an email
