A check out woman at your St. Charles, IL. store was rude to me and my Mom on Sept. **th around *:**pm CDT. I had checked out my merchandise at the self check out station, as my ** yr. old Mom checked out her items at a normal check out station. After checking out, I went over to help her out. I put my (*) bags under her shopping cart. The check out woman snapped at her "What are those bags under there?" I said they were mine and I checked them out using the automated check out station. She then grumbled something at me and I then got upset. I showed her my receipt to prove that I purchased the items. **The problem is that there was NO SORT OF APOLOGY WHAT SO EVER! I would have said "I"m sorry" in this situation. If she did, I would not be sending this e-mail to corporate! As you know being polite and professional in the work place is crucial for future success for a company.**I know you take customer service very seriously and I hope you address this matter.
