I shopped at Meijer on Columbia Ave, Battle Creek, MI. *I am a loyal customer of Meijer for the past * years and I never had this kind of bad customer experience. *I checked out at lane **, employee name is Angi C. *I had a bad experience with her last month. *I couldn't enter my M perks account number and I asked her help. I tried to re enter like * times but the machine didn't allow me. *I asked her help again and she cursed me and took a deep breath. She accused me that I push the machine so hard and it didn't work. *But, I convinced her that I didn't push hard, I just tried * times. *However, our conversation ended up so bad. I talked to her manager that day the incident* her curse, her unwillingly to help.*Today, I checked out at her lane again and she started a problem with me again. *I tried to grab bags to put in the cart, and she said, " Don't turn around the handle, it will break it. " She sounded so mean. *So, I looked at her and said, " I just try to grab my stuff and put in the cart.*She said, " No, you didn't. I told you once and you did it again. If you can't treat every customer the same, you shouldn't even be here.
