Claim # [redacted] | Reference # [redacted]7 - CIGNA - Patient: L. K. Fuqua I had an MRI on my right knee on January 8, [redacted], and I paid $[redacted]. The procedure was approved by CIGNA and GPA. Despite this, Spring Diagnostics and Imaging said it would go towards my deductible. CIGNA sent a payment check (Check No. [redacted]) to MEDSOLUTIONS on February 9, [redacted], for $[redacted].50, and it was cashed on February 25, [redacted]. I've been dealing with VNS Consultants and Jamie Palermo, who claim they haven't received the payment or say it's a pre-payment. I request a full reimbursement of $[redacted] with the receipt. CIGNA/GPA and ELAP are assisting with a reference number. Please help me as VNA Consultants seem to be causing issues, especially with four more MRIs scheduled soon. Thank you.
