I've attempted to call your cust. serv. * and its been busy since * am this morning. I have a concern about my **** CX*. Its being worked on today due to an electrical malfunction, and I quote from the rep at the Mazda dealership "by no fault by you" yet I'm being charged $***.**. It was surrounding a out shaft speed sensor. If this is a Mazda electrical malfunction on a car that is in very good condition and hasn't had an issue since it was purchased new, why am I being charged? My name is Mindy LaClair, I utilized the Greece Ridge Mazda dealership in Greece, NY. This is where the car was purchased. I'm very unhappy that because I'm no longer under warranty that Mazda would charge me for an admitted malfunction. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.
