I recently submitted a piece of paperwork that I was somehow missing in order to reinstate my coverage. It was a job update form and I am currently on shirt term disability from my employer due to psychological issues that I just recently recieved official testing for. The results from the test are in hand with my PCP however with the lapse in coverage I am not able to see him in order to get my recomended prescriptions that he deems necessary to treat the issues found in my evaluation that are preventing my ability to return to work. The paperwork was sent in to Masshealth so that I could proceed with the remaining doctors appointments mandated by my evaluation however I am wondering when the coverage will come into effect so that I can make an appointment with Dr. Steven Flood, my PCP, to get on track for a return to work plan laid out by him.
GetHuman-samgraha did not yet indicate what MassHealth - Member Services should do to make this right.
